Ida Estelle King

Ida King of Black Mountain, died Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at the age of 52.  A native of Buncombe Co., she was a daughter of Bonnie Gregg King, of Asheville, and the late Robert Michael King.

Ida was a volunteer at the Swannanoa Valley Christian Ministry and a platelet donor with the American Red Cross.  She was a member of Black Mountain Presbyterian Church.

Surviving in addition to her mother are a brother, Thomas E. (Debbie) King, of Candler, as well as aunts, uncles and cousins, by whom she will be sadly missed.
